1. Eligibility for Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 03 days of delivery.

- Proof (unboxing video) is required.
- Certain items are non-returnable:
- Products purchased during clearance/sale.
- Customized or limited-edition products.
- Accessories such as masks, caps, or innerwear (for hygiene reasons).
2. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size or product defects only.
- If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose a different product of the same value or opt for store credit.
- Exchange shipping costs may apply unless the product was defective/damaged on arrival.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered.
- Defective or damaged product on arrival.
- Order cancellation before dispatch.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 07 days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Process for Exchanges
- Contact us at hello@brly.in with your order ID and reason for exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address.
- Once the product passes our quality check, we will initiate your refund or exchange.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged/defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund as applicable.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
7. Store Credit
- In certain cases, refunds may be provided as store credit, which can be used on any future BRLY. product.
- Store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
