Eligibility

• Request within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags & original packaging
• Unboxing video/photo required

Exchanges

• Allowed only for manufacturing defects
• No exchange for size issues (check size chart before ordering)
• If size unavailable:
  → Choose another product of same value
  → Or opt for store credit

Not Eligible

• Sale/clearance items
• Limited-edition/customized products
• Accessories (caps, masks, innerwear)

Damaged / Wrong Item

• Report within 24 hours
• Share images/video for verification
• Replacement or refund will be arranged

Refunds (if applicable)

• Only for defective / wrong items or pre-dispatch cancellations
• Processed within 7 days after inspection
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
