BRLY. reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or refuse any order in such cases.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges within 03 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Certain items (e.g., discounted products, limited editions, or customized designs) may not be eligible for returns.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 07 days after quality inspection.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, designs, graphics, product images, and text, is the intellectual property of BRLY.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of our brand materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

BRLY. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site.

While we ensure high quality, minor defects, wear & tear, or misuse by the customer are beyond our responsibility.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
